All returns require Return Authorization Number. RMA # does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Have the following information in your request for RMA #:

RETURN CRITERIA

1] Product must be in original factory box with all original packing materials.
2] All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories, cables & etc. must be included.
3] Original intact UPC barcode. Returns with missing UPC codes will not be accepted.
4] The serial # of your return product must match to the serial # that was shipped to you.
5] The RMA # must be written on the shipping label, not on the shipping box or the original manufacturer’s packaging.
6] RMA # is good for 14 days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
7] All returns are for replacement only.
8] Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
9] Freight charges are not refundable.

DOA/DEFECTIVE

If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If shipping damaged products are accepted inadvertently, you must contact us within 24 hrs of receipt to report damage. We can not accept damage claims after 24 hrs from sign date. We will ship a replacement when and if the claim is settled with the carrier.
Defective product claims must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier pick up date (regardless of when you took delivery) and must be received 48 hrs prior of expiration time/date of the RMA#.
Defective products are replaced with the same product/model based on stock availability. If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $30 or 20% restocking fee will be withheld. Returns or exchanges not meeting the fore-mentioned policy & conditions are subject to final approval and will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.

AVAILABILITY
