Cosmetically the phone is in NEAR MINT CONDITION PERFECT BACK AND a COUPLE OF VERY LIGHT SCRATCHES ON SCREEN ALMOST UNNOTICABLE.

The phone has been tested and the only issue found is almost insignificant.If you are in a call and you switch to speaker phone and then back to normal call the earpiece does not work.If you are just making a normal call the earpiece works fine or if you are on speaker phone the phone functions perfectly it is only when you switch to speaker phone and then back in the same call that there is an issue.Not sure what the issue is so the phone is sold AS IS

All other functions have been tested.
